How do I know which size of athletic gear to order?
Each product page features a detailed 'Havoc Size Guide' with specific measurements. We recommend measuring yourself while wearing your typical base layers to ensure an optimal performance fit.
What is your return policy for high-intensity training equipment?
We offer a 30-day trial period on all gear. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, base layers and compression socks cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you need your gear sooner for a competition, we offer Express Shipping at checkout which guarantees delivery within 48 hours.
Does Havoc equipment come with a durability warranty?
Yes, all Havoc hardware and apparel are backed by a 1-year 'Battle-Tested' warranty. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect during regular training, we will replace it free of charge.
